These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in the From Food Fear to Food Freedom™ masterclass offered by NutriQuest — From Symptoms to Systems™. By registering or using the site, you agree to these terms.

The masterclass

• The live masterclass is offered free of charge and runs for approximately 90 minutes.
• Sessions are scheduled on a recurring basis. Your joining link is valid only for the session you registered for and should not be shared.
• We may reschedule, modify or cancel a session. If that happens, we will notify registrants by email.

Registration and conduct

• You agree to provide accurate contact details when registering.
• You agree to behave respectfully during live sessions and in any community group. We may remove participants for abusive, disruptive or promotional behaviour.
• Recording, reproducing or redistributing any part of a session without written permission is not allowed.

Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, names and materials — including NutriQuest — From Symptoms to Systems™, From Food Fear to Food Freedom™, Metabolic Intelligence™, Health Architect™, Food Fear Framework™, Wellness Reversal Blueprint™ and Fast Start Success Kit™ — are the property of NutriQuest and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Paid programmes

Where a paid programme is offered, its own pricing, refund and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase and will apply in addition to these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutriQuest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, the masterclass or any content provided.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
